At BrazenBoldness, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our products are made to order, return eligibility can vary by product type. Please review the policy below before requesting a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- Returned with original packaging when reasonably possible
For apparel, items must also be unworn and unwashed.
Some made-to-order or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue
This applies to apparel as well as products such as mugs, drinkware, doormats, stickers, decals, wall art, and other BrazenBoldness merchandise.
Once the issue is reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Product-Specific Return Conditions
Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Mugs and drinkware: Must be unused and free from chips, cracks, scratches, or other damage not present at delivery.
Doormats and home goods: Must be unused and returned in original condition.
Stickers, decals, and similar adhesive products: Used, peeled, applied, or otherwise altered items are generally not eligible for return.
Posters, prints, and wall art: Must be unused, unmounted, and returned without bends, tears, stains, or other damage.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Because many BrazenBoldness products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel an order once production has begun.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error, defect, or damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders
International orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
